I think I've worked out this Apple caper. They don't do URLs. So, in order to download The Red House On The Niobrara, you simply sign in to the ibookstore and search for the book. Easy-peasy.
I served a long apprenticeship. I started writing as a child, and sold my first story at 35. Ten years later I was a full-time pro.
